a few of my favorite things...

Manchego cheese, churros con chocolate, döner kebabs, gelato, delicious pan (bread), horchata, napolitanos, yogurt....I have all the delicious European food here just at arms reach!! It´s fantastic! Here is a picture of some of my favorites in Spain. Valencianas - sweat bread with a light dusting of sugar sprinkled over the top. Müller yogurt - the absolute best of European yogurt! Trust me, I would know...I became a yogurt conniseur when I was in Spain before. I had to try all the flavors and all the brands. This definitely wins! If you ever make it to Europe, the first thing you have to do is eat some yogurt. Everything else can wait...Pear juice - so delicious and nutritious. Yosport - the best drinkable yogurt ever! I´m addicted! Milka - one of the best chocolate from Europe, my favorite anyway. I´ll never eat Hershey´s again. Guess we should have named the pup Milka instead of Hershey eh, family? Nah, I love Hershey! As well as Nestle (our dog and cat)! Last but not least...Chuches - sugar-coated licorice with a delicious filling. Nothing to compare!
So check this out - a ready-made tortilla española and frozen croquetas!! Suits me just fine and very yummy! Food here is great, but a lot of things are a little too bland for me. I´m used to lots of flavors and spicy foods! That´s one thing that I´m really missing right now - mexican food. I miss my daily cheese crisp.... I did find some salsa and corn tortillas (I´ve become a little partial to corn after living in Mexico) and made some delicious manchego cheese quesadillas. I was seriously eating a piece of heaven itself. It cost me a small fortune to buy imported tortillas, but is was worth it! Some grocery stores here have a Tex-Mex section that I think I will be a regular visitor of...

All of the food sounds amazing! That is interesting about the yogurt being so good. I really like yogurt especially the lemon burst flavor! I hear ya on missing the spicy mexican food. It is the greatest! We went with Elise and Eric to Las Tarascas in Provo the other night...it was very authentic but not too spicy. Have you been there? And then of course we went to Smart Cookie, the best! Thanks for showing us that place. So you think we should change Hershey's name to Milka eh? No way, hehe! Maybe we can rename Fuzz that! Well, glad that all is going well in Espana!
