The Lucky Witch. Here in Spain, the witch is a symbol of luck. Why, I don't know... but if you win the lottery (which is very popular) the witch is said to have brought you luck. This particular witch has Almeria's football logo on it. I sent it to my Mom, so hopefully she'll have good luck - not on the lottery, but in life!

I forgot how popular the lottery is there. I remember how everyone was playing it a couple winters ago when we were there. Isn't it really popular in Mexico, too? If people only knew the odds against them, they'd stop wasting their money!
